What began as my own healing journey naturally unfolded into a calling to hold space for others as they reconnect with their truth, vitality and inner wisdom. I am a Master energy medicine practitioner, crystal healer and spiritual guide, working with the subtle body, the chakra system and higher dimensional frequencies to support emotional, physical and energetic healing. My work blends intuitive insight, grounded energy techniques and sacred ritual, creating a safe and nurturing space for deep release, realignment and integration. I teach and facilitate workshops and courses that empower others to understand their energy, trust their intuition, and embody their healing gifts. I am inspired by the quiet magic of transformation, the moment someone softens, remembers themselves, and feels at home in their body again. Nature, the lunar cycles, ancient wisdom, and the intelligence of energy itself continually guide my work. Above all, I am inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and the truth that healing doesn’t come from being fixed, but from being deeply seen, supported, and lovingly held.
