AI Services and Data Storage To provide you with AI-powered chat features and personalized Tarot readings, our App collects and processes specific user data. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not reflect real-life outcomes. All AI-generated content, including chat responses and tarot readings, is provided for entertainment purposes only. - Chat: Text messages, questions, and prompts you type into the chat interface. Tarot Readings: Data regarding your selected Tarot cards, their positions (upright/reversed), and the chosen spread type. How it is used:

- Storage (Firebase): Your chat history and generated tarot readings are stored securely on our cloud databases hosted by Google Firebase to maintain your personal journal and history across devices. Equal Protection: We confirm that our third-party service providers (OpenAI and Google Firebase) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not specifically directed to children, although the MoonX app may be available in app stores with a general audience or low age rating. We do not design special features for young children and we do not include 18+ or otherwise age-restricted content.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or a higher age if required by the laws of your jurisdiction) without appropriate consent. However, because our Services can be used by a broad audience, some users may choose to provide information such as their name, date of birth, or location. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the relevant minimum age without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review the situation and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
Analytics (Google Analytics and Firebase)
We use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and related Google services to understand how the MoonX app and our website are used, to monitor performance and stability, and to improve quality over time. These services may collect information such as device identifiers, app and page views, in-app events, crash and performance data, IP address, approximate location, and technical information about your device and operating system.
In connection with these services, we may associate analytics data with identifiers used within MoonX, such as your Firebase user ID, profile or account information that you provide (for example, name or date of birth), and app usage history. We use this combined information to operate, maintain and improve the Services, develop new features, and understand how users engage with MoonX. We do not use analytics data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Google processes this information on our behalf in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. Depending on your region, you may be presented with a consent banner or settings screen allowing you to choose whether analytics cookies or mobile identifiers are used. You can usually control collection of analytics data by adjusting your in-app privacy settings (where available), your device’s settings (such as resetting or limiting advertising identifiers), or by using tools that Google may provide for opting out of certain analytics features.
On our website, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all, or allow Analytics and Advertising separately; essential cookies are always on. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal, treating it as a decision to decline advertising cookies.
We also measure whether our own advertising campaigns lead to visits or purchases on our website. In regions where consent is required, this measurement uses cookies only if you have allowed Advertising cookies.
If you decline cookies in a region where consent is required, Google tags operate in a cookieless mode: they may send limited, aggregate signals (such as the fact that a page was viewed) without cookies or identifiers, and Google uses these for aggregate modelling only.
Advertising and Google AdMob
At the moment, MoonX does not show third‑party advertising within the app. In the future, we may display ads served by Google AdMob or similar services. When we do so, these services may use cookies, mobile identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud. The information they process can include device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage and technical information about your device.
We intend to use Google’s Consent Management Platform (CMP) and related tools to obtain and manage your choices about the use of cookies, mobile identifiers and other tracking technologies for advertising purposes, where required by law. Depending on your region, you may be asked to consent to personalised advertising (based on your activity across apps and websites) or to receive only non‑personalised ads. Your choices will be respected by our configuration of AdMob and the CMP as far as the underlying technology allows.
We do not directly collect additional personal data solely for advertising purposes beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy. Any personal data used for ad delivery and measurement is processed by Google and other advertising partners in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies as our service providers. You can manage your advertising preferences at any time through the consent or privacy settings made available in the MoonX app (if provided), your device settings (for example, limiting ad tracking or resetting your advertising ID), and, where applicable, the choices Google offers for ads personalisation.
