Today's Lunar Exercise

Lymphatic system and lower legs

Lymphatic drainage exercises will help you boost up your immune system, get rid of the excess fluid in the body, and strengthen the nervous system. We could share the details of lymphatic system performance and the importance of its health for the entire body with you, but we'd rather remind you of the importance of movement. Walk, run, swim, work out during the day - let your lymphatic system work to your benefit! Here are some exercises that will give it a little shake!

Tip

Drink enough water to have a greater effect.
