Before Bedtime: Chandra Namaskar

Start practicing Chandra Namaskar before going to bed, when the Moon is already visible in the sky. Chandra Namaskar will help you befriend the lunar energy, calm down your mind and set you up for rest.

By practicing several rounds of Chandra Namaskar every day you will improve your spine and joints condition, help the work of blood vessels, develop flexibility and launch body recovery processes before sleep.

Working with the “lunar channel” of your body allows you to activate your artistic talents and intuition.

i have been doing chandra namaskar now for a few months, fairly consistently, before bed. i've been doing yoga for about 20 years and i couldn't believe i'd never thought about a moon salutation, when i'm a big fan of the sun salutations! this has been very helpful and very encouraging to do at night 😊

I’m not a pro at yoga but gave it a go. First time I barely managed to stay upright. So gave it another go and was much better the second time around. Will try and do this more often x
