Eclipses occur when the Sun and the Moon align near the lunar nodes — the points where the Moon’s orbit intersects the ecliptic. The nodes are not planets, yet in astrology they symbolize the direction of development.

The North Node (Rahu) is associated with the vector of growth, while the South Node (Ketu) relates to accumulated experience. This is not an astronomical interpretation, but a symbolic one. It is precisely through this symbolic lens that eclipses take on the meaning of turning points.

Eclipses often coincide with periods of:

• shifting priorities
• stepping into a new role or status (for example, the birth of a child and the role of mother, marriage and the role of husband, moving to another country and the status of immigrant, etc.)
• unexpected turns of events
• the completion of an old chapter

Sometimes we consciously initiate such changes ourselves, guided, for instance, by astrological insight. At other times, the Universe seems to bring us the experiences needed to help us grow into something new.

August 12, 2026 — Total Solar Eclipse, 20°08′ Leo

February 6, 2027 — Annular Solar Eclipse, 17°39′ Aquarius

August 2, 2027 — Total Solar Eclipse, 9°56′ Leo

January 26, 2028 — Annular Solar Eclipse, 6°08’ Aquarius

It is precisely the January 26, 2028 eclipse that logically completes this cycle along the Aquarius–Leo axis.

This axis is always connected with the balance between:

• individuality ↔ collective
• personal creativity ↔ contribution to the whole
• heart ↔ idea
• stage ↔ community

Aquarius calls for renewal, bold decisions, and stepping beyond familiar limits.

Leo brings us back to our personal center, to the question: “What is truly mine?”

In the sign of Aquarius, the Sun, the Moon, and Mars will align.

All of these planets will form a square aspect to Uranus — the modern ruler associated with Aquarius. Altogether, this configuration speaks of action and change.

Aquarius has two ruling planets: Saturn and Uranus. Both of them are changing signs and, with that, shifting the energetic tone of events — a “coincidence” that happens rather rarely.

Saturn had spent the previous three years in the water sign of Pisces. On February 14, it enters the active fire sign of Aries for the next two years.

Uranus, after spending the past seven years in the stable earth sign of Taurus, will move on April 26 into the air sign of Gemini, where it feels completely in its element for the next seven years.

This is a rare period when both rulers of Aquarius change signs almost simultaneously.

The background of the time becomes more dynamic, intellectual, action-oriented, and focused on technological change.

First and foremost:

• those born between February 14–20
• those whose Sun, Moon, or Ascendant is near 28° Aquarius
• and those who have personal planets placed around this degree
