Over the past six days, we've traversed places we don't always like to look at.

We've encountered fear, rejection, control, anger, guilt, and desire. Each shadow revealed a different part of our experience. And now we arrive at the final transformation: integration.

In witchcraft and shadow work practices, integration doesn't mean eliminating what we find difficult within ourselves. It means recognizing that these parts are also part of our story.

Fear can show us what needs protection.

Rejection can reveal where we seek approval.

Control can point to what we struggle to surrender.

Anger can indicate boundaries that have been crossed.

Guilt can teach responsibility.

Desire can reveal what we truly want to live.

When these messages stop operating in hiding, they can be understood.

๐ŸŒ• Practice โ€” Meeting Your Own Shadow

Gather seven small objects to represent each stage of the journey. They can be stones, leaves, seeds, or any natural element you have available.

Place them before you.

Spend a few moments observing each one and mentally acknowledge what that shadow taught you. Then, bring all the objects together. This gesture represents an important understanding: you don't need to choose between being light or shadow. You are whole. Say:

"I acknowledge all the parts that make up who I am. I embrace what needs to be understood, transform what needs to change, and release what has already fulfilled its purpose. My shadow does not determine my path. I choose how to walk with it."

Remain in silence for a few moments.

Then, close the practice.

๐Ÿ–ค The Transformation

Integrating the shadow doesn't mean no longer feeling fear, anger, guilt, or desire. It means perceiving these movements before they decide for you. The work begins when we can look at what we were hiding without needing to flee, deny, or condemn ourselves.

The shadow ceases to be an enemy when it becomes known. And knowing your own shadow is reclaiming a part of your own power.

For seven days, we didn't try to destroy what exists within us.

We looked.

We named.

We understood. And we chose differently.

๐ŸŒ• True transformation doesn't happen when the shadow disappears. It happens when it stops governing you. May you continue carrying with you not only the answers found in this journey, but the courage to keep looking within whenever a new shadow arises.
๐Ÿ–ค You don't need to be made only of light to walk with awareness.

You need to know yourself fully.

End of the journey โ€” 7 Days, 7 Shadows, 7 Transformations.
