On August 12, 2026, a Total Solar Eclipse will occur in conjunction with the New Moon in Leo at 20°06′. The eclipse will reach its maximum phase at 17:46 UTC.

This South Node eclipse will open the Eclipse Corridor and set an important theme for the second half of August: letting go of roles we play for other people’s attention and approval, and remembering what makes us truly shine.
