Yes. There is a build up days before the full moon (much like PMS, if that resonates with you) and then the full moon is the release. It can be very draining. But once you understand it, itβs easier to go with the flow.

I am one of the very few to have gotten a glimpse of the red blood moon from Tennessee early one morning as it was setting here and rising in other places. My daughter and I appreciated it very much that we were fortunate to be up early enough to see
