Hi, I’m Teresa—an Energy Therapy Practitioner and Instructor in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. I work with the subtle energy systems of the body to clear blockages, release old patterns, and restore natural flow. My practice blends Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®), Access Bars®, and chakra + aura work, offered through private sessions as well as remote and in-person group experiences—always grounded in compassion, intuition, and sacred presence. I’m currently deepening my path through advanced training with The Four Winds Society, moving toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine—an earth-honouring lineage that brings ancestral depth and luminous healing into everything I offer. What lights me up most is watching people come home to themselves: when the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, the heart opens, and life force starts moving again. I love making energy work feel accessible and real—sharing what a session can feel like, why integration matters, and how group coherence can create powerful shifts. Beyond the healing room, I also lead High Vibe Times—a platform devoted to amplifying holistic practitioners, healers, and conscious creators who are here to help others heal, awaken, and expand.
