Witch by lineage, healer by destiny

My spiritual journey probably began much like yours is beginning now. I've always felt a deep curiosity about holistic and spiritual topics: crystals, astrology, spells from teen magazines, meditations, and all those practices that today might be considered "mainstream spiritual." That's where it all started.

For many years I explored different techniques, taking courses, classes, and workshops. I bounced from one tool to another, learning a little of everything and letting myself be guided by what each teacher saw in me and what they believed was my "destiny." Although each experience brought something valuable, internally I felt that a key piece was still missing.

The first step as a holistic therapist

The true turning point in my emergence as a holistic therapist came when I became certified in a non-invasive energy technique. Through it, I could offer benefits on both physical and mental levels, and within a few months I began offering it to the public.

It was a deeply revealing experience. It allowed me to recognize how the simple act of sharing knowledge, consciously and responsibly, could genuinely contribute to people's wellbeing. That's when I understood that service is also a form of healing.

The encounter with energy and the awakening of personal power

The search for a space where I could offer my therapies led me to meet a Reiki master. She welcomed me as her student, and it was at that moment when I began to understand the wonders of energy work. Little by little I discovered the magnitude of my healing power and the way I could share it with the patients who already trusted me.

However, despite the great benefits I was achieving, something inside me remained restless. My curiosity didn't stop and, although I deeply respected these hands-on healing techniques, I couldn't feel a complete connection with them. I knew there was still something more I needed to remember.

Lineage as a spiritual key

In my constant search for knowledge, I attended a workshop on energy protection and defense techniques. The teacher—a lineage nahual, with the wisdom and presence of someone who seemed to have lived 100 years, despite being my same age—shared with us a truth that would completely change my path:

The key to finding your technique for defense, protection, and healing lies in knowing your lineage and connecting with your power from there.

After a deep explanation about the different spiritual lineages and their characteristics, and with the guidance of this great teacher, I discovered that I come from the witch lineage. Although in modern culture this lineage is often loaded with negative connotations, for me it was quite the opposite.

I felt an excitement I hadn't experienced in a long time. It was as if, for the first time, my soul and spirit were completely aligned with my physical body.

Integrating lineage and returning to service

After this discovery, I decided to temporarily step away from patients to dedicate myself to studying and deepening my knowledge related to my lineage. Then everything began to make sense: my affinity with plants, working with candles, astrology, rituals, and the connection with natural cycles.

When I returned to my practice, I did so from a completely different place. I no longer only intervened on an energetic level, but accompanied my patients with the support of plants, crystals, and a conscious connection with nature. I began working with the energy of the moon, sun, and elements, adapting each process to what the person needed in that moment.

A call to remember who you are

If I've learned anything on this journey, it's that we all have a power waiting to be remembered. Seeking your power means daring to know yourself beyond what you've learned, to question, explore, and above all, remember your lineage. In that ancestral origin lives a wisdom that isn't taught in quick courses or obtained by imitating others' techniques.

I invite you to look inward, to investigate where you come from, and to allow yourself to reconnect with the divine source that dwells within you. That connection is what truly amplifies your spirituality, what returns your strength and guides you to walk your own path, with authenticity, purpose, and power.

Because when you remember who you are, healing stops being a technique... and becomes a sacred act.
