🌘 THE SHADOW OF AUGUST

What silently drains our power

Every period has its light side and its shadow.

But shadow isn't something bad. It's our fears, habitual reactions, and old patterns. They once helped us cope, but today they might hold us back from moving forward.

Working with the shadow is a return to ourselves.

August 2026 is connected with the energy of the number 9—completion, rethinking, and liberation.

The light side of nine helps us let go of what's unnecessary.

The shadow manifests in trying to hold onto what has already ended.

🌑 "I'll just hold on a little longer"

We cling to the familiar, even when it exhausts us.

We continue relationships that aren't growing. Jobs that don't inspire us. Roles we've outgrown.

Not because we're happy.

But because we're afraid to admit: "This isn't mine anymore."

✨ "Am I staying here out of love or out of fear of change?"

🌑 "I must handle everything myself"

The desire to withdraw into yourself. Not show fatigue. Not ask for help.

But this is an illusion.

Strength isn't about carrying everything alone.

Strength is being honest with yourself.

Sometimes maturity means saying: "I need support."

A person doesn't become weaker from accepting help. They become more alive. 🤍

🌑 "If I control everything—it'll be calmer"

Control often looks like responsibility.

But it's often driven by anxiety.

We try to anticipate everything. Get guarantees. Avoid mistakes.

But life doesn't give us complete control.

In the end, we corner ourselves. And we burn out.

✨ "I'll do everything within my power. But I won't try to control the whole world."

🌑 "My worth lies in my achievements"

We work, develop ourselves, set goals.

But inside a voice asks: "Am I good enough?"

Then achievements become an attempt to prove our significance.

We stop noticing the journey and see only the result.

But a person is valuable not only in moments of victory.

They're valuable in pauses. In searching. In the process itself.

🌑 "I've been this way for too long"

"I've always been like this."

"It's too late to change anything."

But age is just a number.

It doesn't decide anything.

Recently I read a story that touched me to my core.

A woman at 72 fulfilled her lifelong dream—she completed medical school.

And at 73, she became a practicing physician.

She didn't tell herself: "it's too late."

She said: "now I'm ready!"

✨ Have you dreamed of painting all your life but were afraid you wouldn't succeed?

Sign up for a class. Today.

✨ Wanted to dance but something held you back?

Turn the music up loud, stand in front of the mirror, and move as if you're the only one in the whole world.

Savor every moment.

You're living for yourself.

You're the star of this life! 🎨💃🏼🌟

The past explains us but doesn't limit us.

Each new phase requires a new version of ourselves.

Sometimes the greatest liberation comes when we allow ourselves to stop being who others have grown used to seeing.

🌿 HOW TO WORK WITH THE SHADOW IN AUGUST?

Don't fight your weaknesses. Simply notice them.

Ask yourself:

✨ Where am I doing something out of fear rather than out of love for myself?

✨ What have I known for a long time but am afraid to acknowledge?

🌘 PRACTICE

Take a sheet of paper.

On the left, write: "This no longer supports me."

On the right: "I choose this instead."

Take your time.

Sometimes simply seeing your knots is enough for them to start unraveling🧶

🌙 A QUESTION TO CARRY WITH YOU

What in my life is staying not because I want it, but because I'm afraid to let go?

The shadow isn't here to frighten you.

It shows the place where our energy needs love.

Sometimes meeting your shadow becomes the first step toward true inner strength.

Dedicated to those who are ready to face the truth—and choose themselves.

Every 🌙 you give is an important energy exchange that keeps this space alive and shining.

Thank you for your resonance.
