Spell: Health's Jar

There are moments in the course of a life, or a single day, in which we need help, as if that same help cannot come from within us but only from the outside. It is normal. It is human. We must process it and accept it.

There was one this year in which I felt the need to rely on the universe and on magic, and exploring different volumes I stumbled upon a simple but effective spell: The Jar of Health.

A small glass container where different ingredients are added in a mixture that are easily found in nature or in shops and that, thanks to their correspondence, act on physical and mental health and on the process that leads to healing, seasoned with courage and energy.

What are these ingredients?

• Bay leaf; Cinnamon --> energy;
• Sage --> protection;
• Lavender --> health;
• Thyme --> health; Salt --> purify;
• Chamomile --> peace;
• Rose quartz --> healing;
• Amethyst --> healing;
