The Living Mirror of the Soul in Movement
โSome pains do not start here.โ
โThey only awaken when we touch the same stone of destiny, more than once.โ
Karma is not a punishment.
It is a mirror.
It does not come to punish โ but to show.
And when we look with the right eyes, it transforms into liberation.
๐ Karma in the Therapeutic View
In the psychology of the spirit, karma is the repetition of unconscious inherited patterns โ not only from other lives but also from the pains we have not healed in this one.
It is cause and effect.
Action and consequence.
But it is also learning, an invitation to consciousness, and a possibility of reinvention.
Karma is the echo of unhealed choices, which keep knocking at the door until someone โ we โ open it with an awakened heart.
๐ The Psychedelic Experience as a Mirror of Karma
During a meditative practice with the ingestion of mushrooms, I saw myself as the child I once was โ alone, scared.
I realized: that was my karma.
Not a punishment, but a cry. A call. Something in me wanted to be recognized, embraced, transmuted.
During the immersion, I clearly saw the patterns I kept repeating โ that old habit of doing the same thing and expecting different results.
I saw karma in my romantic and family relationships.
I saw it in my personal development, in my professional decisions.
One particular issue cut me like a razor:
My terrible tendency to relate to people who were as or more broken than I was, in the unconscious attempt to save them โ when in reality, I needed to save myself.
I placed other people's problems above my own.
I invalidated my own sensitivity countless times, forcing myself to stay in places that clearly drained my energy.
All out of fear of ending up alone. Fear of being the โboringโ one who leaves early, or the one who disappears from invitations.
And when I realized how much I erased myself for othersโฆ I put a stop to it.
And I freed myself.
Today, I keep only a few, but true, people by my side.
My friends are the ones who respect me and see me.
And my family is made of real bonds, not just blood.
๐ Karma as a Cycle of Psychological Patterns
Unresolved traumas generate repetitions.
The more we deny, the more we project.
Karma becomes an emotional circuit.
Psychology calls this compulsive repetition.
Esotericism calls it the โsoul's lesson.โ
I saw karma rooted in me when I realized I was repeating behaviors I had condemned in my parents โ mainly self-neglect.
For example, my mother had subjected herself since childhood to searching for crumbs of affection from her own mother.
And without realizing it, she passed this pattern on to me and my siblings.
In adulthood, I saw myself recreating this story: pleasing to avoid losing, swallowing pain to avoid conflict.
Until one day, at the peak of an experience with sacred medicine, this cycle appeared in front of me like a snake biting itself.
And I said: enough.
๐ฅ Karmic Liberation
There is no liberation without passing through pain.
The first step is to look with courage.
โจ Practices that helped me:
โข Identify my patterns honestly
โข Observe the cycles that trapped me the most
โข Listen to the symbols of my dreams
โข Honor my ancestors who may not have been able to do differently
โข And then, consciously choose to do differently
๐ฟ Rituals of Karmic Transmutation
These are paths I use to this day. Not as ready-made formulas, but as living compasses:
โข Intuitive writing (with the heart, not the ego)
โข Ritual of forgiveness (to myself and others)
โข Visualizations with violet flame (transmutation)
โข Invocation of spiritual ancestral healers
โข Meditations with focus on the heart chakra and solar plexus
โข Self-therapy (self-compassion and therapeutic processes)
โข Natural medicines with the intention to heal, not escape
โข Rewriting narratives that trapped me
โKarma is the dance of choices that echo beyond time.โ
โBut when we choose with awareness, we make fate a temple of freedom.โ
