September begins, and before asking the new to enter, there's something important to do:

clear the space.

August was an intense month.

Now, a new month begins.

And the first action can be simple: remove from our energy what doesn't need to cross over with us into September.

Coarse salt is traditionally used in cleansing and energetic protection practices. It represents purification, release, and the removal of energies we no longer wish to carry.

This is not a ritual to erase the past.

It's a ritual to not carry the past into the new cycle.

Cleansing ritual to open September

You will need:

• 1 handful of coarse salt;
• 1 glass or container with water;
• 1 white candle;
• 1 bay leaf;
• 1 piece of paper and a pen.

Choose a quiet moment.

Light the white candle in a safe place and place the glass with water beside it.

On the paper, write everything you decide not to bring into September:

fears, worries, resentments, repetitive thoughts, insecurities, concluded situations, and everything that weighs on your energy.
