February 2026 Eclipse Corridor
Article · 2 min read ·
Practices for inner reset.

From February 17 to March 3, 2026, we'll experience a special period—the eclipse corridor, a time of powerful energetic recalibration. This isn't a time for external busyness, but a chance for deep inner work. Let's prepare with simple yet powerful practices.
Cleansing and Completion Practice
This phase helps you release the old**,** making space for the new.
🔮 RITUAL: "Letter of Liberation"
You'll need:
✅ a sheet of paper
✅ a pen
✅ a candle
Write down honestly everything that weighs on you: old resentments, fears, outdated beliefs or habits. Mentally thank these lessons and say "I release you in peace" 🙏🏻
Carefully burn the paper over the candle, watching as these burdens transform into smoke and ash. Wash the ashes away with water.
Alignment and Clarity Practice
Once the space is cleared, you can tune into your inner compass.
✍🏼 "Clarity Journal"
Keep a journal throughout the entire eclipse corridor (February 17-March 3). Each day, record :
✅ your most vivid emotion or thought (shadow)
✅ one dream or sudden insight (illumination)
By the end of the period, you'll see recurring themes that will point to the direction of your growth.

"New Path" Practice
During the eclipse corridor, change your usual routine at least once:
✅ take new routes
✅ cook a new dish
✅ start your morning not with your phone, but with a cup of tea
✅ brush your teeth with your other hand
These small steps rewire neural pathways and tell the Universe "I'm open to a new path."
These practices aren't strict instructions, but tools you can adapt. The main thing is to live through these days not in fear of "karmic storms," but in a state of mindfulness.
Eclipse energy is the energy of truth. It reveals what requires attention, but also gives you the strength to change it.
Live through this period like a naturalist studying the inner landscape with curiosity, respect, and without haste.
For me, eclipse corridors are a deep dialogue with the soul. This is a chance not to harm yourself with chaotic actions, but to consciously participate in your own transformation.
P.S. Which practice will you choose for this period?
Sometimes one chosen tool works more deeply than trying to embrace the infinite.
