Venus Enters Cancer & Softens the Heart 💗

These past lunar cycles have felt like nothing but a rollercoaster of emotions, but there’s something about entering Venusian energy that pulsates universal love. And with that energy now transiting into Cancer, intense emotions are bound to erupt like a dormant volcano — emotionally exposing us as the lava slowly oozes out.

Intimacy will become second nature within loving relationships, and nostalgia will be at an all-time high.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon, and personally, I love the Moon. I’ve worked with lunar energy spiritually for the past two years, and let me tell you — it has been nothing but a learning experience filled with exciting and sometimes disappointing curveballs.

So far, the Moon has taught me that emotion goes hand in hand with intuition — which makes perfect sense because the Moon rules our inner emotional compass. During this time, intuition becomes heightened, emotions become deeper, and spiritual sensitivity intensifies.

Empathy may feel overwhelming at times, but it comes with the territory.

Another thing about lunar energy is its nurturing nature. Cancer placements naturally carry protective instincts, emotional depth, and a strong desire to create warmth, security, and love within the home. So it comes as no surprise that this transit amplifies those desires even more.

Lastly, the Moon governs the subconscious mind and our memories, which is exactly why this period may feel incredibly nostalgic — whether that nostalgia is attached to loss, old lovers, or beautiful memories from the past.

Our subconscious mind enters a reset stage beneath this lunar cycle, which is why it’s important to be mindful of what you consume — the music you listen to, the shows you binge, the conversations you entertain.
