The Full Moon is the strongest time of the month to manifest.

The simple science of the moon affecting the tides actually answers so many hidden questions. This quote from Science Insights reflects:

The most concrete thing that happens during a full moon is a change in the tides. When the Sun, Earth, and Moon line up, the gravitational pull of the Sun adds to the gravitational pull of the Moon. This combined force causes the oceans to bulge slightly more than usual, producing what are called spring tides. High tides run a little higher and low tides drop a little lower than on an average day.

Most of the human body is water, with an average of roughly 60%.

Think about this for a moment. If the moon does this to the water in the ocean; high tides run higher and low tides drop lower - consider what this actually does to our water-filled bodies. Depending on how we're vibrating, higher or lower, that energy is amplified and intensified.

This science perfectly explains why manifesting on the full moon is so powerful. This is why when we hold gratitude on the full moon for something as if it's already happened, that is amplified and quantum leaped. The same occurs when we release a 'low' energy from our life.

This is perhaps a reminder to be more intentional over the Full Moon period (if not always).
