Seven-Knot Bracelet

The origin of the red bracelet can be found in most of the world's philosophies and religions. Hinduism, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Christianity, ancient Chinese cultures, and others all share a common thread in highlighting the color red in bracelets as a symbol of fortune, protection, and spiritual connection. There are countless ways and methods to wear a red bracelet, and in my view, they're all valid. It's undoubtedly a magical way to attract positivity and protection.

The red bracelet can have objects considered talismans attached to it, such as evil eye beads or lucky charms, but it's very common to simply find a series of knots on them.

It's widely believed that it should only be worn on the left hand since it's the heart side and is said to be ideal for receiving; this is certainly valid, but let me explain the reasoning behind the method I use for this powerful magical talisman that I've been using for so many years.

🔯Modern Applications: The philosophy behind my method is that the red bracelet will help us make the necessary decisions and take the actions needed to achieve our goals. Therefore, when following my method, the ideal hand to wear the red bracelet on is your action hand—that is, if you're right-handed, wear it on your right hand, and if you're left-handed, on your left hand. It's your action hand, the one that guides your steps. On the red thread, about 50 cm long, we're going to make seven knots. Each knot represents a goal you want to achieve. Common goals include gaining protection, strengthening or finding love, attracting fortune (being fortunate), gaining health, finding inner peace, gratitude (important), and even more personalized goals like finding a job, taking a trip, moving to a new home... that will depend on you. Make six of the seven knots, each one representing a goal. As you tie each knot, visualize the goal already achieved.

I reserve the seventh knot for an ideal complement to the other six: clear vision—that is, making good decisions by seeing clearly the options before us. Once you have the thread with the seven knots, place it on the wrist of your action hand (right or left) and wrap it around three times. The eighth knot, the one that ties the bracelet to your wrist, is a knot you can charge with energy or not. If a loved one places it on you, that person is unwittingly adding extra energy to your work. Sometimes it's a teacher or guru who ties that eighth knot. I personally don't give energetic importance to that knot, but as I said at the beginning, there are countless methods and all are valid—do what feels right to you.

As an additional option, you can also wear it on your ankle corresponding to your action hand. The bracelet is worn 24 hours a day; it should undergo daily wear and tear, which is, after all, part of your life. One day, that bracelet will fall off, and its mission will be complete. If you recover it, you can return it to nature or burn it while giving thanks for the time it spent with you.
