Ritual for the Upcoming Full Moon

The Capricorn Full Moon on June 29th is a moment where the Universe calls you back into your strength, your structure and your inner authority. This is a turning point and a return to the truth of what you are capable of.

All those limiting beliefs you’ve been holding around not being taken seriously, not being capable enough, not being disciplined enough, or not feeling grounded in your own authority; this is the time to release them. Capricorn energy asks you to be responsible for your own evolution. It asks you to stand in your truth, claim your maturity, and let go of the stories that keep you small.

Before every ritual, you can begin with the intention:

“With no harm to me or others, and with intent set for the highest good.”

Rituals rooted in pure love and good intentions work quickly, because they align you with the frequency of truth.

Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, the planet of structure, discipline, and karmic release. Under this moon, anything that has been weighing on your spirit rises to the surface not to punish you, but to free you. This is the moment where you finally see the beliefs, patterns, and fears that have been quietly shaping your life.

And the message is clear: You don’t have to carry this anymore.

This Full Moon invites you to use the earth energy of Capricorn; steady, grounded, ancient, and wise. Earth energy is grounding, stabilizing, and transformative. It knows how to take what is heavy and turn it into something useful.

Before every ritual, you can begin with:

This simple invocation aligns your energy with clarity and protection. It ensures that whatever you release, you release with love. And whatever you call in, you call in with integrity.

Rituals rooted in pure intention work quickly (sometimes instantly) because they align you with the frequency of truth.

This Full Moon, write down everything that feels heavy, limiting, or energetically holding you back on a bay leaf.

Anything that dims your confidence, weakens your self‑trust, or keeps you from stepping into your full power. Anything that feels heavy, limiting, draining, restrictive, energetically binding or fear-based.

Write the beliefs that have kept you small and the stories that no longer serve you. The fears and pressure you’re ready to release.

Then bury it in soil. A plant pot, your garden, a forest floor, anywhere that feels right.

This is a ritual of returning those limitations back to the earth to be transformed.

You are composting them. You are allowing the earth to break them down and turn them into wisdom.

When you bury what no longer serves you, you symbolically hand it back to the earth to be composted into wisdom.

If you’re unable to physically do this, you can visualise the ritual in your mind. Your energy body responds to intention just as powerfully as physical action. Your subconscious will understand the message.

Under this Full Moon, you may feel called to release:

• the belief that you’re not taken seriously

• the fear that you’re not capable enough

• the story that you’re not disciplined enough

• the feeling that you’re not grounded in your own authority

• the pressure to meet expectations that don’t align with your soul

• the weight of perfectionism

• the fear of disappointing others

• the habit of shrinking your power to make others comfortable

Capricorn energy wants you to be truer to yourself. It wants you to stand tall in your wisdom, your maturity, and your inner strength.

This Full Moon is about energetic maturity. It is about choosing the version of yourself who is ready to lead, ready to commit, ready to rise. Capricorn energy is here to strengthen you. It is here to help you build a foundation that can hold the weight of your dreams.

As the Capricorn Full Moon reaches its peak, trust that you are releasing exactly what you are meant to release. Trust that the earth is holding your intentions. Trust that your energy is shifting in ways you may not fully understand yet.

You are stepping into a more grounded, capable, and empowered chapter of your life. The Universe is supporting every step of it.
