🌑 Solar Eclipse Ritual in Aquarius

• 1 crystal (amethyst, clear quartz, or sodalite)

Preparation

Choose a quiet place. Turn off external distractions.

Sit comfortably, with your feet touching the ground.

Breathe deeply 7 times, feeling the air enter and exit with awareness.
