🌑 Lunar silence (November 22–28): inner space expands
Article · 1 min read ·
After each New Moon, the universe falls silent.
Not because there's nothing, but because everything is beginning.
Between November 22 and 28, we move through that subtle interval where the invisible takes form. Outside, there seems to be stillness; inside, an orchestra of newly planted possibilities.
This is the time to listen without seeking answers.
To not rush clarity, to let things breathe.
Lunar silence isn't absence: it's gestation. It's like the dark womb where the seed settles before sprouting.
💭 The mind can get confused, believe that nothing is happening.
But if you pay close attention, something is moving: an idea that's starting to make sense, a desire that feels different, an emotion asking for space.
All of this belongs to the language of the shadowed moon: slow, intuitive, deep.
🌙 Available energy:
This phase invites us to create inner space.
To empty in order to receive.
To release the noise that distracts, the thoughts that spin without direction, the demands that cloud the simple.
Because the soul also needs silence to hear itself.
🔥 Mini conscious silence practice:
Choose a moment in the day (even if it's just 10 minutes).
Turn off your phone, close your eyes, and breathe deeply.
Observe what appears without trying to change it.
If an idea or emotion arises, just acknowledge it: "I see you."
Open your eyes with the intention of carrying that calm into the rest of your day.
Lunar silence doesn't demand complex rituals.
Just presence.
Just being in that exact point where there's no noise, but there is meaning.
Because when inner space expands, life finds room to enter.
And even though you can't see it yet, the new light is already growing beneath the earth.
