Leo Moon Reset for Spiritual Burnout
Article · 2 min read ·

Not broken. Not lost. Just burnt out—here’s how you come back
It is very cyclical that, as a spiritual practitioner—be it psychic, empath, or light worker—at some point, just like “normal” people, we face burnout. And the sad thing with us is we face it 10 times worse due to our spiritual sensitivity. Mind you, as a woman, add periods and hormonal changes into the blender mix—the whirlwind hits you before you know it. You are exhausted, gasping for emotional air, like life has literally sucked your flow into the void.
But worry less, because I have good news on how you can release and heal from that, while also adding protective spiritual armor for future hits.
The first thing is to be honest with yourself, because if you don’t, your mind, body, and soul will force you to recognize it.
Secondly, take a break from it all—be off-grid, for crying out loud, you’ll be back; the thing with being spiritual is that you can’t cheat the workflow, it will stop you to re-calibrate and take time for yourself,
You’ll know you’re spiritually burnt out when the very things that once lit you up start to feel like a chore.
- You feel emotionally heavy for no clear reason
- You’re constantly drained, no matter how much you rest
- Your intuition feels blocked or unusually quiet
- You’re more irritable, sensitive, or withdrawn than usual
- You feel disconnected from your practices, like the magic just… isn’t there
- You’re giving more than you’re receiving, and it’s starting to show
That’s not failure. That’s depletion.
Sometimes, the reset isn’t complicated—it’s intentional.
A ritual bath or even a cleansing shower can do more than just wash your body—it can clear what’s clinging to your energy.
Add salt to your bathwater, or let it run over your skin in the shower with intention. Visualize everything heavy, stagnant, or draining being pulled off you and sent down the drain. If you work with herbs, you can add them in. If not, your intention alone is enough.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Stay in the water a little longer than usual. Let yourself soften. Let yourself come back.
Simple Leo Moon Reset (5–10 minutes)
- Dim the lights or step outside where you can see the sky
- Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly
- Inhale slowly for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6 (repeat 5 times)
- Whisper: “I call my energy back to me—clean, whole, and mine.”
- Visualize warm, golden light returning to your body, filling every empty space
- When you’re ready, shake out your hands and say: “I am restored.”
You are not drained—you are overextended in places that were never worthy of your energy.
You don’t need to chase your power back—
you just need to stop pouring it into places that were never meant to hold it.
