The Beauty of Trusting Time ๐

On healing, timing, and learning to trust the rhythm of your own journey.
The Universe Knows No Rush
There is something strangely comforting about looking at the night sky after a long day. Maybe it is because life feels so loud sometimes. We spend so much time checking clocks, comparing timelines, watching people around us move, achieve, change, and suddenly we start asking ourselves questions we were never supposed to carry all day: Am I behind? Am I wasting time? Why does everyone seem to know where they are going except me?
I think almost everyone has felt that at some point.
The strange thing is that when we look at nature, nothing seems worried about timing. Trees lose their leaves and do not panic when winter comes. The moon disappears for nights and still returns. Seasons change without asking permission.
Maybe the lesson was never simply โbe patient.โ But that every part of life asks something different from us.

Take a walk. Look at the sky for a few minutes tonight. Leave your phone away for a little while. Notice one small thing you would have ignored a month ago.
Trust that quiet progress is still progress and remember that Nature never rushes, yet somehow everything arrives.
And you are arriving too.
Dearly,
M.J. Laurent.
