Summer Solstice Meditation
Article · 2 min read ·

Everything will be okay.
Today I bring you a meditation for when we need to reset our routine and daily life. It's also ideal to practice during the solstice or in the days that follow.
First, we'll find a quiet place whenever we need it. We don't need half an hour—a few minutes will do. We'll set our own timing based on what we need.
We'll begin by closing our eyes and breathing calmly. No need to hold our breath for a few seconds or impose any timing on our exhales or inhales—we'll simply take relaxed breaths that slow our heart rate. And now, let me guide you through the visualization.
It's a beautiful day, the sun shines warm high in the sky. We find ourselves lying on a blanket of soft, inviting grass that's as cushiony as a feather mattress. We hear birds singing, and above our heads, the trees sway, casting a pleasant shade over us.
Everything is well. Everything is at peace. Everything is falling into place. There is no chaos. There is no danger.
The sky is so blue it seems infinite. The sun doesn't blind me, it embraces me. It passes through me without hurting me.
And in that instant I understand something simple and powerful: I too am expanding light.
I let my body relax. I release the tension in my shoulders, the rushing of my mind, the thoughts that push me toward fear or doubt. Here there is no future to control, no past to correct. Only this perfect moment, alive, breathing with me.
At Litha, everything is at its peak: strength, life, clarity. And I can be too. I don't need to be perfect, just present.
I breathe deeply…
and with each inhale I receive confidence.
and with each exhale I release fear.
I repeat softly to myself, like a mantra born from the heart:
✨ "Everything is growing as it should."
✨ "Life supports me even when I can't see it."
✨ "I am safe on my path."
✨ "Everything will be okay."
I feel how these words are not just thoughts, but roots that anchor me to something greater. Something that doesn't depend on me to control.
Suddenly a brilliant ball of golden light emerges from my chest, taking with it all the negativity from within me, causing it to disperse, to disappear, to cease to exist. Then there is only room for peace, tranquility, and the hope that everything, absolutely everything, will be okay.
We'll return when we're ready.
I hope you found this helpful.
✨🤍
