STOP LEAKING ENERGY

This is the secret you’ve been waiting to hear for your ultimate level up.

Did you know that we can transmute any of our energy with our words and actions?

All the pain in the world right now is a reflection of the rebirth we’re all undergoing. Some of us are already transformed (although there will always be more to learn).

Others are taking longer, and some of us dip our toes in and out; it matters here where you choose to be, how you emit love into the world, and how you emit grace.

Everything you’ve experienced has led you to this moment - every mole, freckle, and breath, all of it, is equally important to the person that you’ve become today.

We are aligned with a global integration of higher consciousness; where science, technology, nature, philosophy, and the core of spirituality intertwine and overlap with each other.

Allow yourself to flow with the integration.

The truth is: as we dip our 'toes' in and out of this global transformation, we form a vibrational wave. We must be okay with the comfortableness of moving in and out of the human experience. We should not be solely in a spiritual experience. To be human is to be free.

Energy transmutation takes a role in all of this. In fact, it takes part in your every day life and every waking moment.

A simple example:

You're in the grocery store - you've made a list of dinners for the week with the full ingredients list. You're looking for a very specific type of beans, but you've come at perhaps the wrong time while the shelves have not been restocked.

There are no beans on the shelves, and there are no other grocery stores open! You had planned to have this specific bean dinner tonight, but now you have to entirely change your plans, AND you have to make up a different meal for the week, is this is your only appropriate time to go grocery shopping. On top of this, the grocery store is busy, overstimulating, and loud.

Your reaction could go many ways. You could project energy outwards of your frustration through blame. You could turn to the grocery store worker beside you and make a snide remark about how they're not doing their job.

Any situation like this is an unnecessary leak of your energy. Truthfully, it does not benefit you or anyone around you.

Another reaction you may have is taking a pause. Take three, very grounding deep breaths. Allow yourself to feel your feet on the ground and feel your human presence in that moment. You might even choose to turn to the grocery store worker beside them and uplift them for their work during this busy day.

Oxygen filling your lungs allows you for more clarity and less reactions; and our reactions can be the sole cause of our own personal suffering, or our own personal heaven on earth.

This grocery store example may sound very simple, but it is a small reflection of transmutation of energy. Transmutation of energy takes practice and it has to be intentional. Just like taking a pause, taking deep breaths - grounding. It's all intentional acts in the physical world that create a more positive outward experience for not only you but everyone around you.

And that, in itself, makes you a more magnetic human.

I have been dealing with my father suddenly moving in without notice and it’s been Lots of grounding , breathing, and coming back with kindness! I dealt with him angry always as a Child and now as an adult thank goodness there’s a different approach I have taught myself to use with grumpiness 💪

This past week has been very very challenging for me. I had to have surgery and I’ve felt really just lost like inbetween. But this has made me very short … I’ve caught myself and stopped and breathed but there are a couple of times I didn’t and looking back after it happens I tell myself what could have done differently. But I’m curious what’s a good practice to help my neurodivergent teen?

Thank you for the beautiful and vulnerable share. First of all you should hold that pride for yourself for stopping and realising in that moment, and even those moments when you didn’t realise - it’s okay! We are all human at the end of the day, but actually the fact that you’re recognising it NOW is what matters. With your teen, the more that you personally work on yourself and your own understanding of how to regulate your own emotions, the more that reflects to your teen too. Remember: as above, so below, as within, so without. We’re all reflectors of each other that impact and mirror each others growth 🦋

Ive been working on this for years. My city, Istanbul, is purpose-built to fray nerves, overstimulate, and shatter the best laid plans. A perfect training ground. I grew to be able to enjoy nearly every moment, and improve the moment for those around

I’ll start! The past week wasn’t easy and one evening I caught myself being totally overwhelmed with emotions. I decided to grab my watercolour paints in that moment and paint and paint and paint until I was in a meditative flow state and no longer sad! That was a real transmutation of energy in that moment. Tell me yours! 🤍
