Signs that a connection may be karmic

Karmic connections don't always feel smooth or easy.
In fact, they often feel intense, confusing, or even uncomfortable.
They commonly appear at times when your life is already changing:
when you're questioning your decisions, closing chapters, or going through an important emotional process.
Some people describe these relationships as if someone pressed an internal button that no one else had ever touched before.
From a spiritual perspective, karma is not about punishment or reward, but about learning and balance.
In many Hindu and Buddhist traditions, relationships are considered part of that ongoing process where actions, emotions, and connections create new experiences that allow the individual to grow or understand something unresolved.
