Manifesting from Wounds vs. from Calm

Not everything you desire comes from your soul... sometimes it comes from pain.

There are desires that don't come from your soul.

They come from pain.

And that changes everything.

Because even though both feel equally intense,

they're not creating from the same place.

🖤 When you manifest from a wounded place

Sometimes you don't want something because you love it.

You want it because you think you need it to feel whole.

And there, without realizing it,

you start manifesting from lack.

From fear.

From urgency.

It feels like this:

  • you need it to happen fast
  • you think about it all the time
  • you struggle to let go
  • you feel anxiety more than peace

It's not desire.

It's need in disguise.

And need grips, controls, demands.

🌒 The problem isn't what you want... it's where you're wanting from

There's nothing wrong with wanting.

But there's a subtle difference between:

👉 "I want this because it adds to my life"
👉 "I want this because without it I'm not okay"

In the second case,

you're not creating...

you're trying to fill something that hurts.

And when we manifest from that place,

we don't choose better...

we just repeat what we already know.

🌫️ Your body also speaks when you're manifesting from a wounded place

Not everything is abstract energy.

Your body knows.

From the psychology of trauma, authors like Bessel van der Kolk explain that the body stores unresolved emotional experiences.

That's why, when something comes from a wounded place, it feels like:

  • tension in your chest
  • repetitive thoughts
  • fear of losing it before you even have it
  • difficulty trusting

It's not alignment.

It's activation.

🌕 Manifesting from calm feels different

It's not less intense.

It's clearer.

When you desire from a place of calm:

  • you don't need it to happen right now
  • you can let go without anguish
  • you trust the process more
  • you don't define yourself by the outcome

There's no desperation.

There's openness.

And that completely changes the energy from which you choose, act, and receive.

🕯️ You can't manifest peace from internal chaos

Here's the uncomfortable truth:

It doesn't matter how much you write, visualize, or repeat affirmations...

if there's a part of you that still feels insufficient,

everything that comes will pass through that filter.

And it's not about "vibrating high."

It's about being honest with yourself.

🌑 Healing is also part of manifesting

Because there are desires that don't need to be fulfilled...

They need to be understood.

Sometimes you don't want that person,

you want what you think that person would make you feel.

Sometimes you don't want that success,

you want validation.

And when you see that clearly,

something shifts.

You stop chasing.

You start choosing.

🔮 Final reflection

Maybe manifesting isn't about attracting things to you.

Maybe it's about learning to distinguish

which part of you is doing the wanting.

The one that's afraid...

or the one that already trusts.

Because one asks from emptiness.

And the other...

receives while remaining whole.

And from there, curiously,

things start arriving differently. ✨

Thank you 🙏 reminds me of these quotes: The wound is the place where the light enters you. ❤️‍🩹💠 The cracks are where the light comes in 🔆
