✨Manifesting✨

A work in progress for many

The science proves that what you tell yourself physically changes your brain's structure and alters your perception of reality. They call it neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and neuroplasticity. Every time you speak or think, neural pathways fire up. If you constantly repeat the same types of words (positive, confident, action-oriented), those neural highways grow thicker and stronger. This is known as Hebb's Law.

We call it POWER.

How many times have we thought of someone and run into them on the street within the hour? Humans are both receivers and transmitters—we're like tiny antennas connecting directly with the universe. The way we talk to ourselves doesn't just change our brain's structure and perception; it attracts or repels whatever we focus on.

How can we manifest properly?

Stick with me—I'll break it down simply:

  1. Speak kindly to yourself, treat yourself well, and especially do this during the first few minutes of your day. When we first wake up, our bodies focus better (even if it doesn't feel like it 😜) and are more receptive to programming. So when you get up, before reaching for your phone or checking the time, repeat your chosen mantra aloud—it can be anything you want, but make it present tense and positive: "everything is well," "today I am healthy," "today I'm the most agile person at work," "today is a great day." Whatever speaks to you—that's the magic of manifestation: you get to choose what you project into the universe.

  2. Write, and write a lot, because when we write, our body and mind focus on what we want to attract. But how do I write? What do I write?... Draft in present tense and positive language the reality you desire, such as: "I've landed that job that makes me so happy, with these incredibly competent and kind colleagues; my boss is remarkably understanding and a true leader," or "I finally have that house I've dreamed of—I'm happy in it and building the life I deserve." Don't use negations or less positive words. Instead of saying "I'm not afraid of flying," say "Flying is an incredibly rewarding experience; it's relaxing and I enjoy it from a place of calm."

  3. BE GRATEFUL 💖 This is important—always express gratitude when you use mantras, manifest, or make wishes on the Perseids in August 😄. Be grateful. Be kind to what you have and what's coming your way. Add the word THANK YOU to all the mantras and writings we've discussed in the previous points.

Don't forget: you are a tiny antenna broadcasting to the universe. While some things are destined to happen and beyond our control, you always have that little notebook where you can script the power of your reality.

THANK YOU 🤍✨
