๐ฟ Release Bath: letting go of what has served its purpose
The Waning Moon comes to teach us that not everything needs to continue.
There are thoughts, emotions, habits, bonds, and situations that have already fulfilled their purpose, yet they remain taking up space within us.
Releasing doesn't mean erasing the past.
It means recognizing that something has completed its cycle and choosing not to carry it into the next.
The Release Bath is a moment to lighten what's excessive, cleanse the emotional field, and open space for what truly needs to remain.

๐ฟ The bath herbs For this portal, we'll work with:
๐ฟ Rosemary โ cleansing, vitality, and renewal.
๐ Lavender โ serenity, comfort, and release of tension.
๐ฟ Rue โ traditionally associated with protection and energetic cleansing.
This combination brings together three movements: cleanse, calm, and protect.
๐ซง How to prepare
You'll need:
- 1 liter of water;
- 1 sprig of rosemary;
- 1 handful of lavender;
- 1 small sprig of rue.
Heat the water until it begins to boil.
Turn off the heat and add the herbs.
Cover and let it steep for approximately 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Take your regular shower. Then, with a clean body, slowly pour the herbal bath from the neck down, while visualizing everything you've chosen to let go.
There's no need to force emotions or create a sense of rupture. Simply acknowledge.
๐ The release practice
Before the bath, get paper and pen.
Write down three things you wish to leave behind. They can be:
- a fear;
- a self-judgment;
- a habit;
- a situation;
- an expectation;
- a guilt;
- a relationship with the past;
- a version of yourself that no longer exists.
