A practice to give form to what you have chosen to cultivate
The Sun is present in everything that grows, ripens, and gains strength. Its light sustains life, marks the rhythms of nature, and accompanies processes of blossoming and transformation. Across diverse traditions and magical practices, the Sun is connected to vitality, strength, consciousness, abundance, clarity, and manifestation. It represents the energy that ceases to remain merely as possibility and begins to occupy space in the world.
After six days of practice, we arrive at the final portal. Here, manifestation doesn't mean waiting for something to happen through the force of desire alone. To manifest is to transform an intention into something that can be lived, built, and sustained.
The Sun illuminates. But what will be done with that light depends on our choices.
โธป
โ๏ธ The Sun as a force of manifestation
Manifestation begins long before a result appears. It begins when an intention gains direction. A wish can remain only in the realm of thought. An intention, when accompanied by presence and action, begins to occupy space in reality.
This is why the solar work of this journey won't be about asking for countless things. It will be about choosing a single intention and taking responsibility for what you wish to build from it. The ritual doesn't promise automatic results. It creates a conscious marker: you acknowledge what you wish to nourish and establish a concrete action to bring it closer to your life.
The magic lies in the union of intention, presence, and movement.

๐ป Light also reveals what needs to grow
The Sun doesn't only illuminate what we want to show. Its light reveals what was hidden. That's why manifesting doesn't mean creating an idealized version of your own life. It means recognizing what already exists, perceiving what needs to be strengthened, and choosing where to place your energy.
A well-defined intention changes the way you observe your choices. When you know what you wish to cultivate, you also begin to notice what feeds that path and what weakens it.
This is the point where manifestation stops being merely desire and becomes construction.

โ๏ธ Solar Intention Ritual
To be performed in the morning, preferably with soft sunlight. You will need:
- 1 sheet of paper
- 1 pen
- 1 place where you can receive natural sunlight
- 1 object that represents what you wish to cultivate โ a flower, a leaf, a seed, or a stone
Choose an intention for this new cycle. Write on the paper a simple, direct phrase, beginning with: "I choose to cultivateโฆ"
Complete it with what you wish to strengthen in your life. Don't write a list. Choose just one direction. Then, write below:
"My first action will beโฆ"
Record a concrete action that is within your control and can be started today.
Take the paper and the chosen object to a place illuminated by natural light. Sit for a few minutes and allow the light to be present without needing to stare directly at the Sun. Hold the object between your hands and read your intention aloud:
"I acknowledge what I choose to cultivate.
I give strength to my intention through my actions.
I walk with clarity, presence, and courage.
May what I nourish within myself find form in the world.
I don't merely wish.
I participate in building what I want to live."
Remain in silence for a few moments.
Afterward, keep the paper in a special place and maintain the object nearby during the coming days as a reminder of the chosen intention. The most important part happens after the ritual: fulfill the first action you wrote down. It's what transforms intention into movement.

๐ Manifesting is also sustaining
There's a difference between wanting something and being willing to sustain it.
A new phase requires choices compatible with what we want to build. A project needs dedication. A relationship needs presence. A dream needs space. A change needs different actions from those that maintained the previous reality. The Sun teaches us about continuity.
It rises, travels its path, and returns to the following cycle. Its strength doesn't lie in a single moment of intensity, but in constant presence within life's great cycles. That's why, after the ritual, there's no need to look for new signs at every instant.
Return to what you chose to do.
This is how an intention begins to take root, form, and presence.

Throughout this journey, each element brought a different quality to the practice.
๐ฅ Fire taught us to act.
๐ง Water taught us to release.
๐ฌ๏ธ Air taught us to perceive.
๐ Earth taught us to sustain.
๐ฟ Plants taught us to create connection with nature.
๐ Moon taught us to follow the cycles.
โ๏ธ Sun teaches us to manifest.
None of them works in isolation.
Fire's courage needs Air's clarity.
Water's freedom needs Earth's grounding. Connection with Plants reminds us that we're part of nature.
The Moon teaches us that everything has cycles.
And the Sun calls us to place our energy in what we choose to make grow.
