Weekly Forecast: 30 August–5 September
A week to slow down, listen inward, and move at a pace that feels right for you
Article · 7 min read · ·

There are only a few exact major aspects this week, and perhaps that is exactly why it becomes easier to hear your own inner state.
After the recent Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, many things may still be settling within. You do not have to immediately understand what the events you have lived through have led to, which decisions are right now, or where to go next. Sometimes the next step becomes clearer precisely when we stop searching for it so insistently.
On Sunday, the Waning Gibbous Moon enters Aries, inviting us to look differently at the familiar Aries desire to keep moving forward. Being first can also mean knowing when to stop, step away from an unnecessary race, and choose your own pace.
Jupiter trine Saturn on Monday brings big plans together with practicality. It is one of those aspects that reminds us that sustainable growth often begins with a strong foundation — knowledge, experience, reputation, useful connections, and decisions made with the long term in mind.
On Tuesday, Mercury sextile Mars helps us speak more clearly and act with greater confidence, while Mars square Saturn puts our intentions to the test. It is a good moment to negotiate, ask for help, and move things forward, but not to try to force every closed door open.
Then, from Wednesday through Saturday, the sky becomes noticeably quieter. We can focus less on the question of “what is the right thing to do now?” and ask ourselves more often: what actually feels right for me today?

🌖🔥 Waning Gibbous Moon enters Aries
The Waning Gibbous Moon in Aries may create an interesting inner combination: there is still plenty of energy, but it does not necessarily need to be directed toward conquering new heights.
You may feel like finishing accumulated tasks more quickly, regaining a sense of independence, or simply doing something your own way. At the same time, the waning Moon reminds us that today it can be just as productive to remove what is unnecessary, let go of a task you no longer need, or finally give yourself a break.
A good guide for the day is to move at a pace that still leaves you with enough energy to enjoy your life.
🌿 Good for: a run or a walk, a short trip without a complicated plan, finishing something you have been putting off, sorting through sportswear or equipment, resting without guilt, taking care of one issue you have wanted to close for a while.

🌟🪨 Jupiter trine Saturn
Two very different forces meet here: Jupiter wants expansion, while Saturn wants stability. Together, they help us see which dreams can truly become part of real life.
Things connected with education, professional growth, international projects, legal matters, long-term investments of time and resources, and public or social work may develop especially well. You may see more clearly what else is worth learning, which qualification to pursue, or what kind of foundation you need to rely on in order to move to the next level.
This is a story about getting a good return from thoughtful actions. Experience, honesty, professionalism, and consistency may matter more today than presenting yourself in an impressive way.
🌿 Good for: enrolling in a course or choosing a new study program, talking to a mentor, dealing with documents, making a financial plan, applying for a grant or education program, discussing a promotion, making a donation, beginning to plan a major trip, updating your résumé or portfolio, buying a good professional book, thinking through a goal for the next six months.

💬🔥 Mercury sextile Mars

🌖🌿 Waning Gibbous Moon enters Taurus
Words may noticeably speed things up today. Mercury sextile Mars helps us speak directly, find arguments quickly, discuss practical next steps, and reach out to people who may be able to help.
You do not have to do everything on your own. Support may come through friends, colleagues, neighbors, relatives, or simply someone who knows the right person.
But Mars square Saturn adds an important note: speed does not necessarily mean that every action will be timely. You may encounter a delay, a rule, someone else’s refusal, or simply feel that you have less energy than you would like. It is better to see this as a test of the structure itself: perhaps a different approach is needed somewhere.
As the Moon moves into Taurus, it helps us slow down a little and bring our attention back to the body, comfort, money, and simple earthly things.
🌿 Good for: an important phone call or negotiation, asking for a recommendation or support, sending an email you have been postponing, checking your budget, taking care of a garden or plants, cooking a good dinner, getting a massage, calmly discussing boundaries, fixing a weak point in a work project, choosing one quality item instead of several random purchases.

✨ No major aspects
There is no need to look for a major sign or dramatic turning point in everything that happens today. Sometimes a day is valuable precisely because it is ordinary.
After an active start to the week, you may feel like making life a little more comfortable: finishing household tasks, putting your space in order, cooking something good, working quietly, or spending a few hours without constantly switching your attention.
It may be useful to notice which small things genuinely improve how you feel. Sometimes that turns out to be the best clue for much bigger decisions.
🌿 Good for: sorting out one shelf in your closet, going to the market for the best fresh ingredients, working from your favorite café, doing some at-home self-care, reviewing your expenses, repotting plants, trying a new recipe, spending an evening without the news, writing down a few thoughts about what you would like to have more of in your everyday life.

🌖💬 Waning Gibbous Moon enters Gemini
Last Quarter Moon
When the Moon enters Gemini, there may suddenly be more things competing for your attention — and more directions to follow. You may feel like reading, talking, messaging, looking for information, meeting different people, or unexpectedly returning to a topic that recently seemed closed.
The Last Quarter Moon is well suited to revision. Sometimes it is enough to change the wording, remove an unnecessary step, or admit that your opinion has already changed.
These two days may be especially interesting for small discoveries that come through a conversation, a book, a passing phrase, or one of your own thoughts written down in the middle of the day.
🌿 Good for: meeting a friend for coffee, having a book day, sorting through notes on your phone, going on a short excursion, cleaning up subscriptions and your inbox, attending a lecture or workshop, recording voice notes with ideas, visiting a bookstore, choosing a new walking route, talking to someone whose point of view interests you.

🌘🌊 Waning Crescent Moon enters Cancer
✨ No major aspects
By the end of the week, attention naturally turns inward. At 14:34 UTC, the Waning Crescent Moon moves into Cancer, which may strengthen the need for familiar people, favorite places, home-cooked food, quiet, and a sense of emotional safety.
For some, the best version of the day may be spending time with family. For others, it may mean closing the door, turning off the phone, and spending a few hours without having to explain anything to anyone.
Cancer reminds us that taking care of ourselves can be very simple. Try to notice where you feel calm, who you can truly relax around, and which small habits help you feel at home again — even if that “home” currently exists first of all within you.
🌿 Good for: a slow breakfast at home, a family lunch, a trip to the water, sorting through old photographs, baking, writing in a gratitude journal, taking a bath and going to bed early, making your home feel more beautiful, watching a favorite film, talking with someone close, cooking a dish from childhood, having a quiet evening without plans.
Perhaps this week does not require another major push from us. After an intense August, something else may prove more valuable — returning to your natural rhythm and noticing what you want to keep within it.
💬 How are you feeling after eclipse season — energized, reflective, tired, inspired, or something else?
