From an astronomical perspective, Uranus is one of five planets currently appearing to move in retrograde motion from Earth’s point of view —

along with Mercury (from November 9), Saturn, Neptune, and Jupiter (from November 11).

Its retrograde phase began on September 6 in Gemini and will end on February 4 in Taurus.

Uranus takes about 83.9 years to complete a full orbit around the Sun, returning to the same region of the sky roughly every 76.9 years.

From an astrological viewpoint, each of its transits represents an era of collective transformation —

and right now, we’re living through the final chapter of Uranus’s 7.3-year passage through Taurus.
