Shields of Light

Three energetic allies against emotional absorption and electromagnetic stress.

Perhaps it's always been this way, since I was little. That ability to absorb the emotions of those around me. A vacuum cleaner, a sponge. You can imagine how much this, in a context of so many people and different personalities, can overload. Like a battery.
I needed to find a solution quickly. A shield that would filter the vibrations of the thoughts of those around me.
Stones and crystals have come to my rescue once again. With their bright colors, diverse shapes, and unique textures, crystals can become powerful allies, thanks to their ability to absorb and release energy.
They can therefore protect us from negative energies, emanate purifying energy, and balance the body physically and mentally.
But they are also powerful tools for protection against electromagnetic waves.
For some time now, I've been placing various stones and crystals around the house, and especially at work, which, based on their characteristics and unique features, can balance this absorbent ability of mine that sometimes causes me to blackout.
Shungite, black as the depths of caves and shiny as a mirror, is composed of carbon. It is used to absorb and neutralize electromagnetic fields, so I recommend placing it on your desk at the office or at your work station at home. You'll immediately feel how the environment around you resonates lighter and cleaner, as well as in perfect harmony with you.
It can be found in various shapes, the most common being the pyramid shape.
It works particularly well for me because I can almost see the shield created by this instrument descending upon me, protecting and shielding me. But when choosing, I recommend letting your instincts guide you; touch the minerals, connect with them, and let them speak to you.
The above is the most physical use of the stone, but Shungite is also used for grounding, specifically to protect you from absorbing heavy energies, release stress, and promote greater stability.

Staying with darker shades, another wonderful stone is Black Tourmaline. Its grooved shape allows it to absorb negative energies that come not only from outside—a peculiar colleague, or an unmanageable boss—but also from within; fatigue, anger, frustration. If you feel this stone resonates with you, you should play a fun game. Pair it with Rose Quartz, which will attract harmful electromagnetic fields so that the Tourmaline can destroy them. It's a bit like two lovers playing together in complicity.
A black stone, if carried in your pocket, protects you from negative thoughts and stress, strengthening your ability to think rationally, and better evaluate your mistakes.
I decided to place a rose quartz prism in the living room, where the computer and television are located, as well as the place where most consoles and electronic devices are used. I also placed a black tourmaline prism on the headboard in the bedroom so that my dreams are protected from unwanted energy.

These three stones are my allies. They bring me balance, deflecting the energies of my colleagues, which I can't help but disperse and which I somehow find myself absorbing.
Let me know if you find yourself feeling more than you should, even when you don't want to, and if you use these or other stones.
Thanks for reading.
