Chiron spent eight years in Aries. During that time, it worked on the most fundamental level of existence: the right to act, to take up space, to begin without needing permission. Chiron stays in Taurus from June 19 to September 17. Then it retrogrades back into Aries for a final period in that sign. It returns to Taurus permanently in April 2027 and stays until 2033.

Three months aren't enough for the deep work this transit will ask for. They're enough to show where it will touch. What appears between June and September in the areas of worth, body, money, and self-esteem is the map of what the long cycle will demand starting next year.

The Esoteric Meaning: The Path of Vav

Chiron was a centaur. Immortal by birth, but carrying a wound that no medicine could close. Tradition positioned him as a master who teaches from what he couldn't cure in himself. The knowledge he transmits comes from direct experience of pain, not from studying it.

At the moment Chiron enters Taurus, it forms a trine with the conjunction between the Moon and the South Node in Virgo, and a square with retrograde Pluto in Aquarius. Venus in Leo, which as ruler of Taurus disposes Chiron in that sign, is in opposition to Pluto.

The trine with the South Node in Virgo connects Chiron's work in Taurus to the accumulated past: patterns of excessive service, of minimizing one's own needs for the sake of others, of finding value in how much one produces instead of how much one is.

The square with retrograde Pluto indicates that part of this work will require examining beliefs about power and about who can have what. Not as an intellectual exercise. As a confrontation with what has been operating below consciousness longer than you imagine.

Observe without solving immediately. What appears in the areas of worth, body, and money between June and September is diagnostic. Writing down what arises is more useful than trying to solve everything at once in a cycle that will last seven years.

Examine lineage messages about worthiness. What did your family believe about scarcity? About what was permitted to want? These beliefs operate in layers that consciousness doesn't reach without deliberate intention.

Identify which pole you operate from. Deprivation or attachment. Both have the same work ahead, but the entry path is different. Knowing where you are is the first step before any movement.

Use the return to Aries in September as closure. When Chiron retrogrades in September, there's a final window to complete what remained pending from the eight years in Aries. It's the cycle finishing what it started, not a relapse.

Reflection

The Taurus wound is difficult to work with because it doesn't hurt the way you'd expect a wound to hurt. It presents itself as a persistent weight, as the feeling that something is slightly out of place in your relationship with what you're worth. It's not drama. It's a constant background noise that you've learned to ignore so much that you barely notice it anymore.

Chiron in Taurus will make this noise harder to ignore. Not as punishment, but because what was operating below the visible needs to be seen before it can be treated with the seriousness it deserved from the beginning.
