Sheila Zimmerman
Sheila Zimmerman as a refined metaphysician of formal and self study, shares wisdom and knowledge that dates back decades. Coming from a family of spirituality and medicine, she’s able to combine ancestral traditions from her great-grandmother , the matriarch of her church, to her grandmother who raised five children during Jim Crow and the industrial era, with cosmopolitan examples from her mother, a nurse practitioner. Although Sheila Z has a background as a real estate professional, she studied astronomy, astrology, and full spectrum wellness in her past time. She’s been a wife, a mom of two, and of service to her community. As she focuses more time and energy to herself and her spiritual journey, she’d like to invite you along your own journey of healing, health and homeostasis.
