Somatic Coach and Yoga Instructor I am a wild one from the mountains of Montana. My medicine is body-based and soul-oriented. I help people get untuck and free who they are. My work is about recognizing the ways we limit our freedom, cut ourselves off, and create patterns of suffering—and guiding the process of opening these places up. Through hands-on bodywork, somatic coaching, teaching, and facilitating, I support people in growing their capacity to let energy move through them, bringing them ever more alive and into who they really are.
