Yoga teacher & lifelong student of this beautiful, lineage and healing modality. I began my yoga studies with the yogic philosophies in 1994 which led me to a waxing & waning relationship with meditation. In 2004, after serious hardship, I found my way to yoga asana, & shortly after yoga teacher trainings. I’m an alignment-based & trauma-informed, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, Tarot reader & teacher, women’s circle facilitator, & forever student of astrology which I began studying around 9 yrs of age. I’m deeply interested in helping humanity to heal, by helping each person connect with their own inner knowing, & the intelligence of their body.
