I don’t have the answers but God/the divine/universe etc etc. will seek them for you and I’ll just be a friend who is also sat in the dirt next to you whilst we figure stuff out. LOVE IS MY RELIGION. My spirituality intersects. I have a poorly brain (diagnosed with alllll sorts of stuff.) I genuinely have mental health problems (who doesn’t… it’s no different from a physical or spiritual illness.) Don’t trust me. Trust GOD (whatever that is or means for you. The world is messy and chaotic and plain awful/evil at times. But it’s allll ok. Trust in your God. THE GOD. Trust yourself. You made it this far for a reason. BREATHE. Look after your animal body. Be your own bestie and remind yourself you are and always have been worthy, a child of God. Do I love Jesus (you betcha)! Does that mean I’m judging you (of course not.) Am I mentally ill (absolutely..,definitely Manic-depressive/bipolar/ptsd/recovering addict… AND healing literally in rehab (a mental health, psych ward as of right now.) So basically I’m human, let’s be messy humans together. The answers are written in our very DNA. The universe speaks. Shhhh listen.
