Specialization: Embodiment + Yin Yoga 🌿 I guide midlife mamas into sacred pause, lunar rhythm, & the magic of becoming who you truly are.

I’m Heather, a Yin Yoga guide and midlife mama walking the in-between spaces…where the body remembers, the heart softens, and the soul returns to itself. My path has been shaped by seasons of giving, caregiving, and motherhood, and now by the sacred unraveling of midlife. As my daughter stepped into her own independence, I began listening more deeply to the whispers of my body and the wisdom of the Moon. Yin became the doorway: a practice of slowing down, of dissolving the noise, of remembering that we, too, are cyclical beings. I weave Yin Yoga with the elemental wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine, aligning the body with the turning of the seasons, the shifting of the Moon, and the ebb and flow within. In my classes and circles, I guide women through intentional shapes, breath, and reflective ritual that open the hidden spaces of the body and soul…those places where we hold stories, emotions, and the medicine we’ve forgotten. What inspires me is the alchemy that happens when women reclaim their own rhythm: the way stillness opens portals, the way surrender makes space for expansion, the way the Moon mirrors our own cycles of release and renewal. Midlife, to me, is a threshold. Not an ending, but a sacred initiation. A chance to rediscover who we are beyond the roles we’ve carried, and to step into this next chapter with reverence, magic, and trust in our own becoming. And when I’m not guiding sacred pauses or yin sessions, you’ll find me tending to my jungle of houseplants (my Monstera is basically a familiar), honoring the Moon, or curled up with my kindle or a journal, listening for what wants to rise next 🌿🌙
