Track your period, connect with the lunar energy, and unlock a deeper understanding of yourself.
At MoonX, we understand that privacy and security are major concerns for our users. That's why we have a strong commitment to protecting the privacy rights and data of each individual user. Your period data is stored exclusively on your device in encrypted form, which provides the highest level of security. It is not accessible to us, and cannot be shared with third parties in any form.
MoonX provides a convenient and accurate way to calculate your estimated date of menstruation and ovulation window. If you ever need to update your period or cycle length data, the app will automatically recalculate your future periods to ensure accuracy. By entering the length of your menstrual cycle and the start date of your last period, you allow the app to analyze this information to determine the duration of your cycle and forecast future periods. It also considers variations in cycle length and provides valuable insights into your fertile window, assisting you in planning or avoiding pregnancy. The app calculates the timing of ovulation based on the average length of the menstrual cycle. It takes the total number of days in your cycle and divides it by two to approximate the middle point. This is where it estimates ovulation is likely to occur. The length of the fertile window can vary from person to person. Factors such as the length of the menstrual cycle and the regularity of ovulation can influence the duration of the fertile window.
While the app provides estimates based on established algorithms, it's important to note that individual cycles may vary. While the app can be a valuable tool for tracking your menstrual cycle and identifying potential fertile days, it's essential to understand that no method is foolproof. If you are using the app for family planning purposes, it's advisable to use additional contraceptive methods or consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance and support.
What about visual representation of your menstrual cycle? - The days of past periods are marked in pink. - Future periods prediction is marked by a stroke dotted pink line. - Ovulation window is a stroke dotted sky-blue line, and the day of ovulation is also highlighted by chamomile icon.
To begin using the calendar, simply mark the first day of your period, and the app will automatically set the corresponding indicators for the length of your cycle that you specify. If your period is shorter or longer than the specified length, you can easily adjust the calendar by tapping on the last day of your actual menses and removing the indicator, or by adding days to your period.
Make sure you never miss important information by setting up notifications within the app. You can choose which notifications you receive and when they are sent to you, ensuring that you always have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.
On the calendar, you can add text notes to each day. Also, you can mark your mood, as well as physical states in the tracker. Keeping track of symptoms such as cramping, bloating, headaches, mood changes, and other physical or emotional changes can provide valuable insight into your overall health and wellbeing. Additionally, if you do experience symptoms that are particularly severe or persistent, you will be able to discuss them with your doctor.
