Creators Program Guidelines
Please review these guidelines before submitting your article via the Creator’s Studio. All submissions are reviewed before being published on the platform.
1. Originality of Content
Articles must be your original work, based on your professional and research experience. Third-party materials may be included — such as visuals or quotes — if you have the rights to use them. You retain full rights and are free to share your article elsewhere, including the MoonX link. Mentioning MoonX is appreciated and helps support our collaboration.2. Alignment with MoonX Themes
Your content must be relevant to our core topics: Moon, Astrology, Healing, Coven, Tarot, Personal Journey and Growth, Astronomy, and Holidays (corresponding to the direction and themes of the MoonX app). Please note: Articles on current Full Moons, New Moons, or eclipses are published by our in-house editorial team to ensure consistency. We ask that contributors explore other themes for submission. If you wish to publish time-sensitive content — such as articles tied to astrological events (e.g. the Sun entering Gemini) or seasonal holidays — please submit it at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure timely review and publication.3. Respectful, Compassionate, and Inclusive Tone
We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe and supported. Please avoid discriminatory, aggressive, or overly provocative language. Also, try not to include themes or phrasing that may trigger distressing or heavy emotional responses in readers without sufficient context or supportive framing. MoonX is a space of care, mindfulness, and inner balance.4. Educational or Inspirational Value
Submissions should aim to teach, guide, or inspire — whether through practical insights, personal growth, or spiritual reflection. Purely promotional or commercial content will not be approved. If your article includes advice on health, wellness, or science, it should be presented clearly and respectfully, with care for the reader’s well-being. By submitting such content, the author confirms relevant education or certification.5. Structured and Readable
Use clear formatting: include subheadings if needed, and make sure the text flows logically. Avoid dense or chaotic blocks of text. Stick to a clear structure: introduction, main part, and conclusion — just like in a well-written article. Each article must include a title and a subtitle (ideally up to 60 characters including spaces).6. Length and Style
Recommended article length: 2,000–5,000 characters. We encourage a tone that feels authentic and thoughtful. Articles that resonate most with our readers are often written in a gentle, grounded voice — aligned with MoonX’s atmosphere of insight, calm, and spiritual depth.7. Visuals
Each article must include at least one image, which will be used as the cover and appear as a thumbnail next to the article’s title and subtitle in the app. All images — including the cover — should be in JPG format, landscape orientation, and no larger than 300 KB. Authors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any images they submit. MoonX may replace or adjust visuals to match the platform’s aesthetic.8. Sources and References
If your article includes historical, medical, psychological, astrological, mythological, or scientific claims, please cite sources or refer to established interpretations.9. No AI-Generated or Mass-Produced Content
We welcome content written by real humans. If AI tools were used in the process, the final text must be heavily edited and infused with your personal voice.10. Emojis: for emphasis and in moderation
Use emojis as a visual aid — for example, next to a zodiac sign name (Scorpio ♏️). However, do not overload the text: excessive use can reduce readability and distract from the meaning.11. Poetry: in context
We may consider publishing your original poetic texts if they are connected to MoonX themes — the Moon and its phases, astrology, inner growth, and spirituality — and if they help the reader better explore, understand, or remember astrological or esoteric concepts. For example: the Major Arcana in Tarot, or Moon phases. Personal lyrical texts that are not thematically related to MoonX will, unfortunately, not be published.12. Approval and Editing
All articles go through editorial review. We may suggest edits or reject content that doesn’t meet the above criteria.Comments
