Remember that baths are meant to clean your mind while the shower is to clean your body so take a good shower, use scrubbing gel, apply a hair mask and a face mask, then let yourself enjoy a warm bath with a few drops of oil to treat your skin. Select an aroma that fits the season and your current mood. Use candles instead of bright electric lights. Turn on music that will allow you to relax but will not make you sleepy. DO NOT take a bath if you are tired, feeling unwell or have a health condition - this may be unsafe.
