I had been disconnected from my body and my emotions, believing my mind held all the answers. But when I began to value the power of movement, I discovered it was the key to healing.

The soul has its own language, and in my case, it spoke through dance. That’s how I started to connect with a part of myself I had never known, diving into the depth of emotions and sensations I hadn’t known how to express before. This journey became a profoundly healing tool for me.
As I delved deeper into this path, I realized it wasn’t just my journey. I saw that many people, like me, were seeking to reconnect with their essence. This inspired my passion for teaching and sharing the tools that had helped me. I began guiding others on their own journeys of self-discovery, helping them connect deeply with their inner melody and unlock their energy through dance.

Yoga, tai chi, therapeutic dance, and even certain shamanic rituals focus on the body as a medium for release. These practices use conscious movement to unblock trapped energy and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
It was through sensual dance and conscious movement that I uncovered the deep wisdom of my body. Our bodies are not just vessels for interacting with the outside world; they are bridges to our inner world. By honoring my body and allowing it to express itself freely, I began to experience a profound liberation.
